Vintage Grass Green mini dress

Adorable little green mini dress with puff sleeves, a little pocket, and little pointed collar. There isn’t a tag but it feels hand made and the fabric feels like polyester. There is NO stretch to the fabric and the sleeves are fairly tight, please consider this before purchase.
